The Residence's ground floor includes a spacious living and dining room area, a separate kitchen, an indoor pool as well as a gym. The ground floor area has a central air conditioning zone system and a WC.

Using the stairs or the lift you find yourself on the first floor where three bedrooms are located, all with access to a private terrace. The Master Bedroom lies in the magnificent view Attic. All bedrooms are equipped with a 32'' smart TV, insect screens, silent operation technology air-conditioning units, and en-suite bathrooms.
